Hello! We're a warm and friendly family based in Stafford looking for a kind, reliable and trustworthy mother's helper or part-time nanny to become part of our family's support network.
I have two wonderful boys, a busy toddler and an older son with additional needs. I'm looking for someone who can provide regular support for a few hours each week, mainly with my toddler, so I can attend the gym, appointments and occasionally enjoy some personal time.
We'd also love someone who may be available for occasional evening babysitting and the odd weekend by mutual agreement.
We value kindness, patience, honesty and good communication, and we're hoping to find someone who will build a long-term, trusted relationship with our family.
My Requirements
I'm looking for around 8–10 hours per week over two weekday mornings, together with occasional evening babysitting and occasional weekend childcare every couple of months by prior arrangement.
The role will mainly involve caring for my toddler through play, walks, reading, and age-appropriate activities, with occasional snack or meal preparation. I'm also looking for someone who may be available for occasional evening babysitting and the occasional weekend every couple of months.
Previous experience with young children is essential, and experience with additional needs would be an advantage but isn't essential.
