My Experience

I have a few years of childcare experience through looking after my younger brother and babysitting for family friends. From a young age, I have regularly cared for my brother while my parents were out, taking responsibility for preparing meals, helping with homework, keeping him entertained, bathing him and following his bedtime routine.

I have also babysat for family friends’ children, giving me experience caring for children in different home environments. These experiences have helped me develop patience, responsibility and confidence when looking after children. I always aim to provide a safe, caring and fun environment while following each family’s routine and ensuring children are happy and well looked after.

My Qualifications

I have completed my GCSEs and recently finished my A Levels. Alongside my education, I have gained valuable experience working with children through my Year 10 work experience placement at a primary school. During sixth form, I also supported Year 6 pupils during their transition week into Year 7, where I took on a leadership role to help them settle into their new school environment. These experiences, together with caring for my younger brother and babysitting for family friends, have strengthened my confidence, communication skills and ability to support children in a caring, patient and responsible way.

My Availability

I am primarily available during weekdays and can offer flexible childcare throughout the day and into the evening. I am also available on weekends when needed, subject to availability. Please feel free to get in touch, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate your family’s requirements.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

My standard rate is £12 per hour. This may vary depending on the number of children, the hours required and any additional responsibilities. I’m happy to discuss your family’s individual needs and agree on a fair rate before any booking.
