My Experience

I have experience caring for children aged 3–13 through regular babysitting for neighbours and families in my local area.
My responsibilities have included supervising children, preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework and reading, organising age-appropriate activities, and supporting bedtime routines.
I am confident managing multiple children at once, ensuring their safety and wellbeing while keeping them engaged and entertained. Through this experience, I have developed strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills and have built trusting relationships with both children and parents.

My Qualifications

I am currently entering the third year of my four-year Accounting and Finance degree at Durham University. Through both my academic studies and childcare experience, I have developed strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the patience and reliability needed to support children in a positive and engaging environment.
I have experience working with children through volunteering at my local after-school club, where I supported primary school students with homework and assisted in running coding classes. I have also tutored children and regularly babysat children aged 3–13 for families in my local area, helping with learning, activities, meals, and daily routines.
