We are a warm and loving family of three, originally from Scotland and France, based in Burgess Hill, with our 4-month-old baby.

My Requirements
As we both work shifts, we're looking for a flexible, reliable nanny who can adapt to our changing schedule. Our typical working hours mean we leave home very early—sometimes as early as 4:30–5:00am—and usually return between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. We generally work five consecutive days followed by three to four days off. Working days can fall over a weekend. On occasion, one of us may be scheduled for a late shift, which can run from around midday until midnight.
We're looking for a Nanny with genuine experience caring for babies. We would ask for references and are seeking someone who is trustworthy, reliable, caring and creative — someone we can truly depend on and build a meaningful relationship with.
