My Requirements

We're looking for flexible, as-needed help rather than a fixed weekly schedule. This might include date nights, occasional daytime cover, and possibly some longer days when work or travel calls for it.
Someone kind, engaged and genuinely enjoys being around toddlers — happy to get down on the floor and play, take trips to the playground, and keep to our little one's routine around naps and meals. Experience with toddlers is important to us, and we'd love someone confident, calm and communicative, who'll send us the odd update so we can relax while we're out.
Paediatric first aid training, an up-to-date DBS check, and checkable references are essential. A sense of humour and a bit of flexibility around timings would make you a perfect fit.
We're easy-going, appreciative parents and we're hoping to find someone we can build a lasting relationship with, so our child sees a familiar, trusted face each time.
