My Experience

I have several years of experience providing compassionate care as a Healthcare Support Worker and Student Nurse, and I have been a Registered Nurse in the NHS for the past year. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in safeguarding, first aid, communication, health and safety, and delivering person-centred care. In preparation for my childminding journey, I have completed a range of training through my childminding agency, alongside additional professional development to strengthen my knowledge of the EYFS, child development, safeguarding, behaviour management and creating engaging learning experiences. I am passionate about providing a safe, loving and stimulating home-from-home environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to learn, grow and thrive. I believe in building positive relationships with families and working in partnership to give every child the best possible start in life.

My Qualifications

I am a Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) with professional experience in the NHS and a strong background as a Healthcare Support Worker and Student Nurse. I hold a Paediatric First Aid qualification and have completed extensive childminding training and certification for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), child development, behaviour management, health and safety, food hygiene and creating enabling environments for children. I also hold a Level 3 Data Analyst qualification, which has strengthened my organisational, problem-solving and record-keeping skills. I am committed to continuous professional development to ensure I provide the highest standard of care and early years education.

My Availability

I am available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering flexible, reliable childcare to meet the needs of working families. Early morning and late evening care may also be available by prior arrangement for an additional fee, subject to availability. I aim to provide a dependable and accommodating service while maintaining a high standard of care for every child.

My Fees

• Childminding from £7.00 per hour

My fees are £7.00 per hour or £60.00 for a full day (up to 9 hours). I provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating home-from-home environment where children can learn, play and thrive through a range of engaging activities.

Additional Charges:

* Breakfast: £2.50
* Lunch: £3.50
* Dinner/Tea: £3.50
* Healthy snacks: £1.50 per day
* Early morning/late evening care (outside 8:00 am–6:00 pm): £8.50 per hour
* Late collection: £1.00 per minute after a 10-minute grace period

School drop-offs and pick-ups are available for selected local schools. Flexible care outside my standard opening hours may be available by prior arrangement, subject to availability and additional charges. Please get in touch to discuss your childcare requirements and for a personalised quote.
