My Experience

I've been supporting families through the fourth trimester for over six years, working with hundreds of parents across feeding difficulties, reflux and colic, sleep struggles, and the general overwhelm of life with a newborn.

My own path into this work started personally, after my son arrived extremely prematurely and struggled with severe reflux and repeated hospital admissions, I spent months searching for answers that weren't easily available through mainstream routes. That experience is what pushed me to train properly and deeply: as an OCN Level 5 Maternity Nurse, OCN Level 6 Holistic Infant Sleep Coach, and qualified Breastfeeding Counsellor, alongside ongoing professional development in infant feeding and reflux.

Day to day, that's meant supporting families through everything from straightforward newborn care and daytime support, to complex feeding and reflux cases working alongside health visitors and paediatricians, to overnight care so exhausted parents can finally sleep. I've worked with first-time parents, families with older siblings adjusting to a new arrival, and parents of premature babies navigating a much steeper start.

I am also available for adhoc childcare and nannying/house hold help.

I bring a calm, non-judgemental, root-cause approach to every family, practical hands-on help where it's needed, and evidence-based guidance where questions come up, always tailored to what your family actually needs rather than a fixed routine.

• Qualified Breastfeeding Counsellor & infant feeding specialist (breast and bottle)
• Ongoing specialist training in infant reflux and colic

I take a root-cause, non-behavioural approach to feeding, sleep and settling, looking at what's actually going on for your baby rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, and keep up with ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest evidence.

My Availability

10-4pm Wednesday to Friday
All day Monday and overnights on request

My Fees

• Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
• Maternity Nursing from £25.00 per hour (gross)

Fees:

• Free 30-minute meet (in person or video call) — no charge, always the first step
• Antenatal Nesting Village Visit — £65 (2 hrs) or £100 (4 hrs)
• Postnatal Village Visit — £100 (4 hrs)
• The Village Bundle — £425 (4 visits, pre-booked, used within 1 month)
• Extend Your Village — £1,080 (12 visits, pre-booked, used within 3 months)
• Overnight Support — £250 per night (10 hrs)
• £25ph for adhoc childcare and nannying

Packages are pre-booked but used as and when your family needs, there's no fixed schedule. Get in touch if you'd like a bespoke package built around your family.
