I am a friendly, caring and reliable individual with a genuine passion for working with children. I have spent the past eight years working as a dance and performing arts teacher, supporting and nurturing children from a very young age through to 18. During this time, I have developed strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to create a fun, safe and encouraging environment where children can grow in confidence and express themselves.
Alongside my teaching experience, I have successfully run my own beauty business for the past three years, which has helped me become highly organised, responsible and professional. As I am now relocating up north to be closer to my partner, I am excited to return to working with children, as it is something I truly love and feel most passionate about.
I find so much joy in watching children learn, develop and grow into their own personalities, and I take pride in being a positive and supportive influence in their lives. I am caring, trustworthy and dedicated, and I would love the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm into a role where I can make a real difference.
My Experience
I have over 8 years of experience working with children through my role as a dance and performing arts teacher, where I have cared for and supported young people from newborn stage through to 18 years old. This has given me strong skills in patience, communication, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for children of all ages. Alongside this, I have played a hands-on role in caring for my niece, who is now 4 years old, supporting her throughout her life, particularly during her newborn stage so I am very confident with babies and young children. She means the absolute world to me and my love for her has naturally strengthened my passion for working with children. I am DBS checked and more than happy to complete any additional qualifications if required. I have also gained experience working in nurseries, which has further developed my understanding of children’s needs and I truly enjoy how rewarding and special it is to care for and support them as they grow.

Paediatric care experience through hands on childcare (including newborn)
Willing to undertake additional childcare qualifications if required
