Experienced Nanny Wanted – Flimwell – £15 per Hour

We are looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny to support a busy mum and her young 6 month old daughter for 2 days per week in Flimwell.

This is a unique role where you’ll work alongside the child’s mother, who runs her own business. Some days you’ll accompany mum to work, providing attentive care so she can focus on meetings, calls, and business responsibilities. Other days will be spent at home caring for the baby, with dad occasionally working from home.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous nanny or childcare experience is essential.
* Must be able to drive and have reliable transport.
* Warm, energetic, and genuinely passionate about child development.
* Confident engaging in hands-on play, reading, singing, outdoor activities, sensory play, and encouraging communication.
* Happy working both independently and alongside parents.

Our Parenting Approach:
We value child-led, development-focused learning and use the Lovevery play kits as part of our daughter’s daily activities.

Screen time is not part of our routine. We prefer imaginative play, conversation, books, music, and real-world experiences over highly stimulating children’s programmes. We’re looking for a nanny who enjoys being fully present and actively engaged with children through play, interaction, facial expressions, and meaningful communication.

The Role Includes:

* Caring for our daughter while mum works.
* Accompanying mum and baby when required.
* Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities.
* Supporting naps, meals, and daily routines.
* Creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.

Location: Flimwell
Hours: 2 days per week
Pay: £15 per hour
