About Me

My name is Chelsea and I am 29 YO. I live with my partner in Surrey as well as care for and look after my step son who is 5 years old when required. I am a fun, bubbly and confident individual who loves to help people and contribute to making peoples life easier. I did a childcare course back when I was in college and obtained a level 2 qualification and I am currently in the process of getting my first aid training and DBS check as my current ones are out of date. I have previously worked in placements whilst at college; day nurseries and primary school, ages 12 months old - 8 years old. Also, I used to look after a close family friends 2 children 3 times a week when I was off college, ages 12 months and 3 years old.

I started to peruse a career in project management/coordination back in 2022 but back in Feb 2026 I realised that it wasn’t for me long term and I wanted a new career path where I can work and look after children. My step son in 5 years old and I help with the school drop offs and pick ups, assist with homework, create indoor and outdoor activities, we love to go to the park, feed the ducks, do some cooking/baking at home and I love to treat him as my own.
