About Me

We're both secondary school teachers at St Peter's Catholic School in Merrow, so looking for a childminder either in Merrow or between GU12 (Ash) - GU1 (Guildford/Merrow).

Our son is currently 20 weeks old, and we'll need a registered childminder from January 2027 (when he'll be just over 10 months old), for term-time care, three/four days a week.

We're looking for someone warm and nurturing to support his development in those very early years. He is currently very chilled, sociable, and happy to be with anyone. We obviously don't know how he will be at 10 months old.

As his mother, I am level 6 qualified in early childhood education, currently a secondary school teacher, and have worked with young people my entire career so will be looking for someone who is experienced and fully qualified.
