I’ve gained experience working in both schools and nurseries, where I’ve supported children in reaching important developmental milestones. I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and use the Development Matters 2021 guidance to ensure that the activities and support I provide are tailored to each child’s needs and promote their growth effectively. This experience has helped me understand how to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to learn and develop at their own pace!
My Qualifications
I have a Level 4 qualification in childcare, as well as a Level 3 qualification. Additionally, I have achieved 9 GCSEs. This combination of qualifications reflects my strong foundation in childcare and education, supporting my ability to work effectively with children in various settings.
