As i start work at 0730 some mornings or get in at 0800 after nights, and my parter will be leaving for work early morning too, i need help from around 6-7am and for someone to take her to school/nursery. Potentially pick up on some occasions too untill around 5pm. Will be more ad hoc as shifts vary each week.
