I am a 20 year old girl from Grimsby. I enjoy learning new languages and cultures. I am also great at cooking and cleaning which can be a great help when caring for the kids. My hobbies are cooking, exercise, sewing, painting and reading books. I’m a driver, non-smoker, and hold a British passport. I am great with household tasks and am extremely flexible for any requests you have. I believe when taking care of children I adopt more of an ‘older sister’ role, I can keep them entertained with enriching activities and also at the same time can be firm with rules and any boundaries.
My Experience
I discovered I loved caring for children when babysitting a family friends baby, from when she was a newborn till 3 years old. I have previously also cared for children of various age groups which has definitely benefitted my life for the better and taught me how to work in challenging situations and adapt to the changes that come with caring for children. I also volunteer in my Sunday school talking care of children ages 1-7 so have experience with different age groups.
