Part Time Nanny

I would need a Nanny or Childminder who will interact with my grandchildren aged 6 and 2.5 in English, play games, read books etc. Would be morning or afternoon. I will coordinate with my daughter the times. The Nanny or Childminder has to have experience or have a way of interacting with foreign speaking children taking into account they will need patience as sometimes a child who doesn't understand the 'new' language can react in a negative way. It will be morning or afternoon, that is why they are both marked.
