My Requirements

SEN Nanny Required – Experienced with ASD – Based in Ruislip

We are looking for a kind, patient, and experienced SEN nanny to support our five-year-old daughter, who is non-verbal and has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This is our first time working with a nanny, so we are keen to find someone with relevant experience supporting children with ASD and/or additional needs, who understands how to provide a calm, supportive, and nurturing environment.

Initially, we are looking for:
• Support during school holidays
• Occasional weekend and ad-hoc support in the coming months
• Opportunity to build familiarity and trust ahead of more regular holiday support

We are looking for someone who is:
• Experienced working with non-verbal and/or ASD children (essential)
• Patient, calm, and compassionate
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Interested in building a consistent, supportive relationship

SEN qualifications, childcare qualifications, or professional experience in education, therapy, or care would be highly valued.
