I have a baby girl that is currently 8 months (my 2nd child) & will need childcare from mid September 2026 when I go back to work (Tues/Weds/Thurs) - she will be 10 months. I’m looking for a childminder with no pets, smaller ratio/numbers & will treat my baby like their own. Both husband & I WFH, so pretty flexible around our meetings.
