My Experience

I have a variety experience across early years and childcare – working as a practitioner, Room Leader, Manager, and SENCO – I have supported children and families in a range of settings, and now bring all this expertise to my own childminding service.

I have deep specialist knowledge and hands-on experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) – including those with visual impairment, hearing impairment, and a wide range of additional needs. I am confident adapting care, communication and activities so every child feels seen, included, and able to flourish at their own pace.

I have worked with children of all age groups, and have thorough, up-to-date expertise in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework – planning fun, developmentally appropriate experiences that nurture each child’s growth.

I am flexible, reliable, and committed to building warm, trusting partnerships with parents. Having held senior and specialist roles, I bring high standards, careful organisation, and gentle, compassionate care to everything I do.
