About Me
Hi everyone! We are a friendly, outgoing, and nature-loving family living in a calm and tidy home in Cutteslowe Neighbourhood, North Oxford. We are looking for a like-minded, nurturing part-time nanny to join our family and care for our happy 7-month-old daughter.
We practice respectful and gentle parenting, so we are looking for someone who aligns with this approach—someone who is patient, speaks kindly, validates emotions, and supports our daughter's independence and natural development.
We love spending time outdoors and want someone who shares our positive energy and will enjoy engaging our little girl with creative play, walks, and age-appropriate developmental milestones.
My Requirements
?? The Schedule:
-August: 3 to 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday. Flexible window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
-October onwards: 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday. Consistent daily schedule within that same 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM window.
Note: We have some flexibility to agree on the exact start/end times with the right person!
? What we are looking for:
-Prior experience with infants/early years
-Knowledge of or interest in respectful/gentle parenting principles
-A warm, calm, and reliable personality
-Valid DBS check and pediatric first-aid certification preferred
-Checkable references preferred
