About Me

My name is Aisha Sawaneh, and I am 22 years old. I am a caring and dedicated Nursery Assistant with two years of experience working in a school environment with children of different ages. Through my experience, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and childcare skills, as well as the ability to support children’s individual learning and development needs.

What I enjoy most about my role is spending time with the children and building positive relationships with them. I find it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow, gain confidence, and reach important developmental milestones at different stages of their early years. Seeing their personalities develop and supporting them as they learn new skills is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my job.

I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel happy, valued, and supported. I enjoy encouraging children’s social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learning and everyday interactions. I take pride in helping children reach their potential and making a positive difference in their early learning journey.

I am enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to providing the highest standard of care and support for every child. I enjoy working as part of a team and continuously developing my skills and knowledge within the early years sector.
