Paula
Babysitter in Nottingham
My Summary
About Me
Hi, I'm Paula! I'm a friendly, reliable law student with a genuine passion for working with children. I pride myself on being patient, caring, and dependable, and I love creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable.
As an LTA-qualified tennis coach, I have experience working with children of different ages and personalities. I enjoy encouraging children to stay active through games and outdoor activities, while also supporting their confidence and development. When it's time to relax, I'm equally happy getting creative with arts and crafts, drawing, reading stories, or helping with homework.
Outside of university, I enjoy going to the gym, playing tennis and padel, and drawing, so I bring plenty of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to every babysitting job.
I understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can trust, and I always aim to provide dependable, attentive care while making sure children have fun and feel happy and secure. Whether you need occasional evening babysitting or more regular childcare, I'd love the opportunity to support your family.
I look forward to meeting you and your little ones!
My Experience
My experience working with children comes primarily through my role as an LTA-qualified tennis coach, where I've coached children of different ages and abilities in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. Coaching has taught me how to communicate effectively with children, build their confidence, encourage positive behaviour, and adapt to each child's individual needs and personality.
I'm fully DBS checked and first aid trained, giving parents added peace of mind that their children are in safe and capable hands. Through coaching, I've developed a strong understanding of safeguarding, responsibility, and creating an environment where children feel happy, secure, and encouraged to thrive.
Whether we're playing games, getting creative with arts and crafts, helping with homework, or winding down with a story before bed, I always aim to make children feel comfortable, engaged, and cared for. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and strive to build trusting relationships with both them and their families.
