We have two young children, ages 2 and 4. Both my husband and I work shifts. We're looking for a reliable babysitter for occasional afternoons and evenings — someone the children can get to know and look forward to seeing.
My Requirements
We need occasional babysitting (around twice a month) for afternoons and evenings. Our oldest, a 4-year-old boy, can be challenging at times — he goes through phases of aggression towards his sister and can be hard to manage — but he's usually much better behaved with others. Our youngest is 2. We're looking for someone patient and calm who can handle a bit of spirited behaviour.
