About Me

Hello, I'm Lottie, and I've been working full-time as a nanny in
Cambridge since 2021. My roles have been sole-charge
childcare, nurturing the progression of children, specialising
in the 0-5 age range. I'm a reliable and confident caregiver
with extensive knowledge in supporting child development. I
enjoy working collaboratively with parents and families to
support the choices they make for their children. My
experience and training have given me the skills to be
responsive to children’s changing needs. I am currently
training as a Forest School Leader, and as well as leading
groups I embed the benefits of outdoor learning and nature?based play possibilities into my nannying. This includes
ensuring children are involved in supported risk taking, with a
focus on learner-centred processes and holistic
development. These principles go hand in hand with the
gentle parenting approach to caregiving that many families I
work with implement. One of my core values is equity and
inclusion, both personally - as a queer individual - and
professionally. As an Ofsted registered nanny, my services are
available to parents utilising the Tax Free Childcare scheme. I
endeavour to foster a safe and welcoming environment where
children have every opportunity at their disposal to thrive.
