I am a first time mum, currently on Maternity leave. I plan to return in May 2027. I work in healthcare doing 10 hour shifts 4 days a week. My husband does not work Fridays and I plan to arrange a set day off so are looking for childcare 3 days a week for our baby girl who will be 10 months old by that time
