My husband and I are expecting our first baby mid November. We are looking ahead of time to find a nanny that would fit our family needs (seen below).
My Requirements
Looking for a nanny to start in January 2027 to cover the days I work 12 hour shifts (appx. 3-4 days a week) but is also flexible as I do not work the same days every week. The time to cover would be 0600-1700. Although I do work different days every week, my schedule is published 3 months in advance therefore you would know what days to cover well ahead of time. We are looking for someone who is experienced with newborns, around 6 weeks old. Our nanny needs to be gentle, kind and patient. Must have reliable transportation, DBS checked and first aid pediatric certified at minimum.
