I'm looking for support after a C-section and during postpartum recovery, because my other half works abroad for 2-3 months at a time, and I'll be all by myself from 3 weeks post-birth.
I expect I will be needing a few hours of help a few days a week to allow me some personal time to take care of myself (e.g. get a shower and a little nap, etc.).
But at the very start, I may need more help, possibly every weekday, depending on how my recovery goes.
