About Me
We are a warm and caring professional family living in St John’s Wood. We have a happy baby girl who was born in March 2026. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and organized Live-Out Nanny-Housekeeper to join our family on a long-term basis.
We need someone passionate about infant care and early development who can also take care of the household routines. Since our baby requires extra patience and gentle care during feeding times and reflux management, experience with young infants is essential. We are looking for someone who values a long-term role and offers flexibility for occasional overnight stays (e.g., date nights) or occasional Saturdays, as well as an openness to accompany us on family travels in the future.
We are offering a phased, long-term position to ensure a smooth transition for our baby:
Phase 1 (Start Date: flexible from now to sept/october 2026 – December 2026): Part-Time. 3 days a week . 4 hours. Morning.
Phase 2. From January 2027 onwards: Full-Time. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Pay: Competitive gross hourly rate during part-time phase, moving to an agreed full-time gross salary in January 2027.
My Requirements
We need someone who genuinely loves working with infants and early childhood development.
Requiements:
- Proven experience with young infants/babies.
- Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (PFA) and Enhanced DBS check
- Strong, verifiable references from previous families in the UK.
- Spanish speaker is a big plus (or fluent English/Spanish bilingual).
-Flexibility for occasional evening babysitting / overnight stays and future travel.
- Active, proactive mindset: focused on developmental milestones, sensory play, language acquisition, and independent learning. qualification or training in Early Childhood Education, Early Years (EYFS), Montessori, or similar Is a plus.
