About Me
We are a friendly British-Polish family looking for a warm, caring and reliable childminder for our daughter, who was born at the end of March 2026. She will be around 9+ months old when we hope to start childcare, and we’re looking for someone who can provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where she can learn, play and thrive.
We are both professionals, and I’m planning a part-time return to work in early 2027. We’re therefore looking for a childminder who can provide a caring, stable and engaging environment for Lyla while we’re at work. As a family, we value kindness, family time and creating a positive, supportive home for our daughter. We enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring our local area and making the most of weekends together.
Finding the right childminder is an important step for us, and we’re hoping to build a long-term relationship with someone who will become a trusted part of Lyla’s early years and support her development through fun, engaging activities.
My Requirements
We are looking for a warm, caring and reliable childminder local to us who offers funded childcare for our baby, who will be around 9 months old when care begins.
We are hoping to start childcare between January 2027 and April 2027, with the aim of supporting my return to work around March 2027. Ideally, we would like the funded hours to be stretched across the year, allowing for 48 weeks of care (accounting for 4 weeks of annual leave).
Our ideal requirement is 24 hours per week, spread over 3 days of 8 hours, although we are flexible on which days of the week and the exact timings and would be happy to discuss what works best.
