Sofie
About Me
I’m a friendly, reliable and caring childcare professional with a genuine passion for working with children. I’m patient, responsible and enjoy creating fun, positive environments for children.
My Experience
I have experience caring for children aged 18 months to 10 years, including full day childcare, afterschool care, school pickups, babysitting and holiday camps. I’m confident managing routines, preparing meals, organising activities, helping with homework, bath and bedtime routines, and keeping children entertained through creative play and outings. I have also supported children with swimming lessons and wraparound care
My Qualifications
I hold an Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid certificate, along with training in safeguarding, food safety and manual handling. I’m also experienced in working with children across a range of ages and settings.
I am also happy to become Ofsted registered if needed
My Availability
I’m primarily looking for 2–3 full days of childcare per week, ideally providing care throughout the day rather than after-school-only care but I am happy to discuss other arrangements.
I am very flexible I would just need to work around My university schedule (in Kingston) which is
Monday 12:00- 15:00
Thursday 11:00-17:00
Friday 10:00-13:00
I’m also very flexible with weekends and am available for weekend babysitting whenever needed, including daytime and evening care.
