About Me

My name is Courtney, an Australian living and working in Leeds, UK. I am a trained and experienced health and safety consultant who is seeking to pivot back into nannying following 15 years working in corporate. I am an intelligent, hardworking, professional and empathetic person which I feel sets me up for future success in this industry.

Prior to moving into the corporate world, I spent a year living in Germany working as an Au Pair directly for the owner of a Nanny agency. I supported to care for an 11 year old boy, 7 year old girl and 4 year old boy. It was one of the best years of my life and I would be thrilled to have another opportunity like this.

Prior to my time in Germany, I also spent a couple of months as an au pair in the US with an Australian family who flew me out with them. I was young and relatively inexperienced at the time, however both my previous experiences paired with my professional/life skills I now come geared with positions me well to step into a fast paced, high responsibility role.

I love being around kids, and feel like it’s such a meaningful way to spend my time. I enjoy being creative with activities, making healthy meals and tend to be the “project manager” when it comes to logistics and coordinating so these are skills I would definitely be bringing to the table.

I’m a super active person and love being out in nature. I’m initially looking for part time opportunities, however am open to all. I would love the opportunity to speak more ?
