Hello! I'm Eve, I'm 18, and have just completed my A-levels in Spanish, Business and Media Studies. I am going off to uni in September to study an undergraduate degree in Fashion Marketing!!
I come from a family of five, with an even larger extended family. As a result of this, I have grown up within a very busy, welcoming and outgoing environment, allowing me to feel an enhanced level of comfort interacting with other families as if it were my own. Being around children and caring for them has always come naturally to me, and I have had experience caring for younger siblings, cousins and family friends. I enjoy getting involved in games, crafts, baking, outdoor adventures and all kinds of things that kids love and enjoy.
As a person, I would describe myself as bubbly, caring, reliable, patient, and responsible, understanding how important it is for parents to feel their children and safe, happy and well looked after. Whether it's helping with homework, playing in the park, reading bedtime stories or sticking to routines, I'm more than happy to adapt to each families needs.
I am excited to build positive relationships with families, providing a fun, trustworthy and supportive environment where children can feel comfortable and enjoy themselves.
My Experience
I have regularly looked after my younger cousins and family friends, including children as young as three years old. Through this, I've gained hands-on experience keeping children entertained and safe while taking on responsibilities such as reading with them, helping with homework, preparing and cooking meals, organising activities, and getting them settled for bed. Looking after a large family has taught me to be patient, responsible, and adaptable, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and helping them feel comfortable and happy.
My Qualifications
I have completed my A Levels and have gained valuable experience caring for younger family members. Growing up in a large family has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and confidence when looking after children.
