Hello my name is Melissa I’m 42 years old with 2 children of my own son is turning 16 and my daughter is turning 12, both in secondary school now which makes me feel a bit old ( ?? )
I’ve been in childcare now for many years, I’ve worked in private schools, nursery settings and as a nanny so I believe I’m fully advanced when it comes to working with children of all ages.
I can offer early years learning at home following the eyfs structure and to help make sure your child is on target with their age targets.

So my 2 children are 15 & 11 years old now
So obviously being a parent myself I’m fully aware of how important it is regarding your needs and trust when it comes to your own children.
I have worked in a private school working with all ages from the baby room to year 1 ( early years foundation )
I have also helped out with lots of families with babysitting.
I’ve been a live out nanny for a few amazing families, and I’ve also had sleep over at families homes or even my home looking after their children.
I’ve been taken away with a couple families for their summer holidays as a nanny to look

Healthy eating under 5’s training
Speech & language training
I’ve had brief training in Senco
First aid training on more than 1 occasion
DBS checked
My Availability
My availability is Tuesday - Friday ( happy to work odd weekends & babysit )
As I’m still working long term on a Mondays with family I’ve been with for 2.5 years
Ideally during school hours I’d like my hours to be but on certain weeks I can be very flexible

My Fees
- Babysitting from £25.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
