Hello! I'm Fabiana, and I'm delighted to welcome you to my childcare Profile.
I am a qualified childcare professional with over three years experience working with children in school and nursery settings, and I am also a mum to my 8 year old son.
My professional experience, together with being a parent myself, has given me a strong understanding of how important it is for children to feel safe, secure, valued and genuinely cared for.
At Little Octopus, my aim is to create a warm, nurturing and stimulating "home-from-home" environment where children can be themselves, build confidence and learn through play and everyday experiences.
I believe that every child is unique. I take time to understand each child's personality, interests, routines and individual needs, and I encourage children to explore, ask questions, develop independence and discover the Joy of learning.
Little Octopus childminding is conveniently located approximately 3 minutes from South Ealing Station and 10 minutes from Ealing Broadway Station.
I want every child at Little Octopus to feel safe, happy, valued and confident as they learn, play and explore.
My Experience
I have over three years of profissional experience working with children in a school and nursery environments and I have worked as a Teaching Assistant.
Throughout my experience, I have supported children of different ages, abilities and individual needs, including children with Special Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
My role has involved supporting children's learning and development, communication, social skills, emotional wellbeing and independence. I have supported indoor and outdoors activities, play-based learning, creative activities, stories and praticar experiences that encourage children to explore and develop their interests.
I have also worked closely with teachers, parents and others professionals, which has given me a strong understading of the importante of communication and working in partnership to support each child.
I am now bringing this professional experience into Little Octopus Childminding, where I can provide children with individual attention, meaningful learning opportunities and a nurturing "home-from -home" environment.
My Qualifications
I am committed to providing high-quality, safe, and inclusive childcare and have gained a range of qualifications to support my professional development. My qualifications include:
* CPD Childminder certificate.
* NCFE CACHE Level 2 Award in Support work in schools and colleges.
* NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism.
* Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
* Food Hygiene training.
My Fees
- Childminding from £9.00 per hour
