About Me
Hi my name is Lynsay I am 28 years old I have a 6 year old boy and a 1 year old girl.
I have always had a passion of working with kids and currently in my job right now it’s just not where I want to be. Before having my own children I was a qualified hair dresser then fancied something a bit different and went on to work with Thomas cook (over seas). Once I came home I then went on to work as a nanny for a lovely family with a 1 year old 4 year old and a 7 year old. Unfortunately once they no longer needed me I went on to work in retail which is where I currently am now but would like to go back to work with children. I would like to help out parents get that little bit of free time that they need or just even be an extra set of hands around the house to make heavy jobs that little bit lighter.
My Experience
My experience with Thomas cook was amazing I was a children’s entertainer in a hotel in Egypt for 7 months. My job role included kids club 4 year olds to 9year olds and then junior club 10 year olds to 16 year olds. It also included mini discos and games night movie nights and water park fun. Then after coming back home I was a nanny for a lovely family of 5 I was looking after a 1 year old 4 year old and 7 year old this included school/nursery runs play parks, soft plays, art and crafts activities and many more. It also included some small household jobs around the house which I am more than to help with.
