Family is incredibly important to me. My sister is about to welcome her first baby, and becoming an aunt has made me even more excited to spend time with little ones and be part of their growth and development.
I'm patient, dependable, and naturally nurturing. I enjoy reading with children, spending time outdoors, doing arts and crafts, helping with homework, and creating fun, engaging activities tailored to each child's interests. I'm also happy to assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, school pickups, and maintaining a tidy routine.
I speak English, Portuguese, and conversational Spanish and French, and I'm comfortable working with multicultural families or introducing children to different languages and cultures through play and everyday conversation.

My Experience
have been caring for children for many years through babysitting for friends, neighbours, and family. My experience includes looking after children from newborns to around 10 years old, adapting to each child's personality, developmental stage, and family's routines.
Most recently, I have been helping care for my best friend's newborn, assisting with feeding, bottle preparation, diaper changes, soothing, nap routines, tummy time, and providing extra support during the early months. This experience has strengthened my confidence caring for infants and reinforced the importance of patience, attentiveness, and creating a calm, nurturing environment.
With older children, I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, reading, outdoor play, games, and helping with homework when needed. I aim to create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and have fun.
