About Me
We’re a friendly family based in Bicester. We’re Bradley and Caroline, parents to Eddie, who has just turned one, and we’re expecting our second little boy.
Eddie is a happy, sociable and active toddler who loves being outdoors, playing with his toys, books and music.
We both work full-time and are hoping to find a warm, reliable and experienced person who can become a trusted part of our family. The most important things to us are that our children feel safe, settled and well cared for, with plenty of play, fresh air and age-appropriate activities. We’re easy-going, respectful and keen to build a consistent, long-term arrangement with the right person.
My Requirements
We’re looking for childcare 3–4 full days per week, ideally during standard working hours, for our two young boys. Initially, this may involve care for Eddie, who has just turned one, before progressing to caring for both brothers once our second son is old enough.
We need a consistent weekly arrangement, preferably with the same days each week, although some flexibility would be helpful. We’re looking for someone based in or close to Bicester who is experienced with babies and toddlers and can manage meals, naps, nappies, outdoor activities and age-appropriate play.
We would prefer an Ofsted-registered childminder who can offer a long-term place and accept funded childcare hours when the boys become eligible. Reliability, a safe and welcoming home environment, and good communication with us are particularly important.
