I combine a Level 3 Health & Social Care background with certified Early Child Development to support milestones. Hold an Enhanced DBS check and full public liability insurance. Alongside being Paediatric First Aid certified.
I believe play is the ultimate language of childhood, which is why my approach is child-led, play-centered, and grounded in love, safety, and respect. Rather than simply supervising, I follow each child’s natural curiosity and interests so they can learn, grow, and thrive at their own pace.
I implement engaging activities that promote learning through play, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for children. Also, using gentle frameworks like the P.A.C.E. Model, I support children in understanding their emotions, building resilience, and feeling truly seen and heard.
Mandatory Settling-In Sessions :
To ensure safeguarding, promote secure attachment, and build psychological safety, Kimia Cares Co. requires all new families to complete two settling-in sessions prior to booking official childcare. This gradual transition helps children form a healthy association of comfort with me without experiencing sudden separation.
Session 1 (1 hour | £20): Parent is present while I engage and interact with thier child.
Session 2 (2 Hour | £32): Gradual transition to help your child get comfortable with me independently.
(These one-off fees cover commute and call-out costs.) Once both sessions are complete, regular childcare sessions can be booked!
Services & Availability
Full time Nannying:
Operating Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Minimum Commitment: 6 months.
Payroll Requirements: Formal PAYE system required for legal compliance (e.g., Nanny Tax, NannyPAYE).
Babysitting:
Weekends: Saturdays (fully open),
Sundays (from 1:00 PM onward).
I can do one weekday after 6pm but need advance notice so please message me
General Terms:
Capacity: Maximum of 2 children per booking.
Minimum Session: 3-hour minimum per session for all services.
My Experience
Though just starting out in my professional career, I have extensive practical experience supporting families, including friends, relatives, and community members. My background spans infant care( mother's help duties ) up to caring for preschool-aged children
Core Experience:
-Infant , early years & Mother's Help Care: feeding, assisting as an extra pair of hands during outings, and engaging in creative play helping their development
- Event nannying : during events I almost always end up looking after the kids while the adults are busy. This include creative games etc
- Preschool Care: watching them and creative play , easy meal preparation, and managing child-related housekeeping, outings to park , age appropriate activities
Behavioral Support: Utilizing the P.A.C.E approach for calm, positive tantrum management and emotional regulation. Making sure kids feel heared and seen
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, an Enhanced DBS check, full public liability insurance, Paediatric First Aid will be recieve 14th September , and certified CPD training in Early Child Development, alongside my hands-on experience implementing play-led and Montessori-inspired approaches.

Nsimba Has only been with us for a short while but she’s been so kind, caring and thoughtful while watching our little boy & also has great communication which we really appreciate
Our little one enjoys doing activities with her and looks forward to having her come to babysit him !

Nsimba was wonderful with our children from the very first meeting. She was warm, caring, and quickly built a great connection, making us feel comfortable and reassured. She was punctual, professional, and kept us updated throughout the day. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend her to other families.
