Do not hire her. Extremely unprofessional.

She was very good with my kid. I liked her work and presence. But she is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. She confirmed to stick with me as her previous employer was not giving certainty of continuity. 3 days into thr work she tells me she fell down stairs and has been in emergency. I assumed it's genuine. As she said she will rest over the weekend and come from next week. I paid her for the 3 days. And after 5 days I am still sitting here with no response and nobody at my door to work for me. I was very open in asking whether or not she can come. In those 5 days I could have looked for someone else. It's not like she lost her money to someone else. She could have just been honest with me. Now I dont have anyone to look after my kid on a working day. So I highly discourage you from hiring her.

I did lose money as you were paying under £14 an hour and expecting a housekeeper not a nanny, I’m sorry that’s how you saw the situation but I’m very professional and take my profession very serious, things aren’t the same here as in Dubai.
