My Requirements

I’ve just got a new job and ideally I’d love to find a local childminder who could collect my son from Grand Avenue 4/5 days a week until I finish work and can collect at 6pm. We had a childminder previously in another area, and had a great relationship with a home from home feel.

Failing that, as I understand that there is quite a lot of demand for childminders, I would consider an after school nanny, ideally with their own car, who can keep my children safe and happy after school until I get home from work (term time only with scope for additional hours during the holidays and some evening babysitting).

Our nanny would need to collect one child at 2.45pm before collecting the second - both schools are in Surbiton/Berrylands and are close, but you would need a car to make the timings work. Then it’s just a case of keeping them busy, happy and giving them dinner until I get home at 6pm.

I’m happy to consider someone who wants to bring their own child along too, but with the school rush this option might be more suited to someone with a younger child (unless they attend the same school which could work wonderfully!)
