My Experience

I have always enjoyed caring for children, starting with helping to look after my two younger brothers and spending time with my younger cousins (aged 9 to 11). I enjoy planning fun activities with them, including trips to the cinema and park, as well as playing games and spending time outdoors.

Outside my family, I have volunteered with a Rainbows unit since I was 13, supporting girls aged 4 to 7 We organise arts and crafts, games and activities that encourage learning, confidence and teamwork, while making sure every child feels safe, included and has fun.

I have completed my Level 3 Early Years qualification and have gained experience in a range of childcare settings. My placements have included a nursery for children aged 2 to 5 where I planned engaging activities, supported children’s learning and helped maintain a safe environment; a baby room caring for children aged 7 months to 2 years, where I learnt the importance of responsive care, routines and adapting activities for different developmental stages; and a Reception class in an infant school, where I supported children with reading, writing and phonics in both small groups and one-to-one.

My Qualifications

I have a qualification in early years with a level 3 in childcare and education
I have my paediatric first aid
I am safeguard trained with my level 1,2 and 3

My Availability

I am available Monday to Friday and as well Saturdays
On a Wednesday evening from 7pm till 9pm i have rangers where i am a unit helper, the same with on a Friday from 5pm till 6.15pm i have rainbows where i am a unit leader in training

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)

i charge the same amount for both babysitting and for nannying, my rate is based off of for my age and as well factoring in the work i will be doing.
