Location: Henley-on-Thames

Position: Live-out Nanny

Start Date: Beginning of October 2026

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 0730-0845 and 1515-1915. Option to increase if willing to also do housekeeping duties.

Salary: dependent on experience

We are a family in Henley-on-Thames seeking an experienced and proactive live-out Nanny to join us on a long-term basis.
The role is caring for our 4-year-old daughter before and after school. The successful candidate will be organised, hardworking and confident managing childcare responsibilities.

Childcare duties include:
School drop-offs and collections (school is within walking distance).
Providing attentive and nurturing care before and after school.
Planning fun, stimulating and educational activities.
Preparing healthy meals and snacks.
Supporting routines during school holidays.
Ensuring the child’s bedroom, toys and belongings remain organised.

If there is appetite, we would offer additional hours for housekeeping duties which would include:
General cleaning and upkeep of the family home.
Laundry and ironing.
Changing bed linen.
Preparing family meals.
Grocery shopping and household organisation as required.
Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming home environment.

Essential Requirements:
Enhanced DBS check.
Excellent, checkable references.
Previous nanny experience preferred.
Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
Eligible to work in the UK.
