My Experience

I began working with children in a nursery setting in 2018, gaining my level 3 in Early years and education, I worked at a nursery with children age 3months to 4 years for 6 years, alongside gaining my degree in psychology with child development and education. While completing my degree, I worked part time at the nursery and part time as a nanny, as well as babysitting for multiple families. Previously I have nannied for families at their home, for long weekends while parents travelled and also going on holiday with families to nanny abroad for up to 3 weeks at a time. I have extensive experience caring for children age 3 months up to 11 years, using my knowledge of the EYFS to promote communication and language, personal social, emotional and physical development through play, learning and care.
Since completing my Degree, I have worked in a social care role, giving me extensive knowledge of safeguarding, wellbeing, mental health and additional needs. In addition to this, I hold a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, supporting individuals manage, stress, anxiety, fears and trauma.
All my previous experience and qualification stem from my desire to care, support and understand the needs of others and through all of this work I have always found my way back to working with children and young people as this is my passion and where I find the most joy.

My Qualifications

BSc Psychology with child development and education
Foundation Degree in Science Social Science
NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education
Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (DCH)

My Availability

This is something I am open to discussing as can be available full or part time.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

I charge £16 per hour for babysitting in the evening/weekend.
Nannying is £15 per hour for daytime (agreed hours) any overtime will be at £16 per hour.
