Chloe
Babysitter in London
My Summary
About Me
Hi! I’m Chloe, a 26-year-old Australian who’s lucky enough to now call London home. I work as a contracted Partnerships Manager, which gives me a flexible schedule and the opportunity to spend time doing something I genuinely love: looking after children.
I’m a proud godmother, and family has always been at the heart of who I am. I’m naturally warm, upbeat, and easy to get along with, and I love building meaningful connections with both children and their families.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym, hiking, swimming, or out exploring. I’m happiest outdoors, staying active, and making the most of every adventure. I also love spending time with friends and keeping closely connected with my family back in Australia.
I believe the best childcare comes from showing up with kindness, patience, plenty of energy, and a good sense of fun. Whether we’re building blanket forts, heading to the park, reading stories, or winding down for bedtime, I love creating a safe, happy environment where children can simply enjoy being kids.
My Experience
I’ve been caring for children for over a decade, having been trusted to babysit for family friends and through wider community networks since I was 15 years old. Looking after children has always been something I’ve genuinely enjoyed, and it’s a role I’ve continued alongside my studies and career because it’s so rewarding.
While studying at university in Australia, I worked as a qualified Learn to Swim Instructor and Lifeguard. These roles gave me extensive experience working with children of all ages, from babies experiencing the water for the first time through to older children building their confidence and swimming skills.
I’m fully trained in First Aid and hold Lifeguard and Water Safety qualifications, giving parents extra peace of mind that safety is always my highest priority. My experience has taught me how to remain calm under pressure, think quickly, and create a safe, supportive environment where children feel confident and cared for.
Over the years, I’ve cared for children with a wide range of personalities, routines, and needs. Whether we’re heading to the park, getting creative with arts and crafts, reading stories, helping with homework, preparing meals, or settling into a bedtime routine, I always aim to make our time together fun, engaging, and relaxed.
As a proud godmother, I know how much trust families place in the people caring for their children. I don’t take that responsibility lightly and always strive to be someone both parents and children feel comfortable with. My goal is for parents to head out feeling completely at ease, knowing their children are safe, happy, and in caring, capable hands.
