My Summary
About Me
I provide personalised one-to-one tuition for children aged 5–11, helping them build confidence, develop a love of learning, and achieve their full potential. I specialise in phonics, English, mathematics, science, and SATs preparation, delivering engaging, tailored lessons that meet each child's individual learning needs. Whether your child needs extra support, wants to build confidence, or is aiming to achieve greater academic success, I provide a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
My Experience
I have five years of teaching experience, including two years teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in the UK, where I successfully completed my Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction, with a particular focus on phonics and early literacy. I also spent two and a half years teaching Year 4 at a British international school in Dubai, where I gained valuable experience preparing pupils for GL assessments and supporting children from a wide range of backgrounds to achieve excellent progress.
My Qualifications
I hold a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Primary Education (5–11), specialising in Mathematics and Art. My qualifications, combined with extensive classroom experience, enable me to provide high-quality, engaging tuition that is carefully tailored to each child's learning style, strengths and academic goals.
