About Me
Full-time parents looking for help within our home and with our two boys (aged 5 and 3).
My Requirements
Part-Time Nanny / Mother’s Help Wanted
We’re looking for a kind, reliable and organised person to become an important part of our family and help make weekday afternoons run a little more smoothly.
We have two lovely young boys and are looking for someone who enjoys spending time with children, while also being happy to lend a hand with keeping our home running.
The role would typically include:
* Collecting our eldest son from the local primary school (within walking distance of our home).
* Giving him some time to unwind before supporting him with reading and any homework.
* Collecting our youngest son from nursery before closing time (a full driving licence and access to a car will be required).
* Preparing a simple, healthy evening meal for the boys.
* Keeping the children engaged in play and activities until we return home.
Alongside childcare, we’d love someone who is happy to help with general household tasks to ease the pressures of family life. Depending on the day, this could include:
* Light household cleaning and tidying.
* Laundry and keeping on top of family organisation.
* Food shopping or putting food deliveries away.
* Meal preparation.
* General errands or other practical jobs around the house.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Warm, caring and patient.
* Dependable and trustworthy.
* Proactive and able to use their initiative.
* Organised and happy to turn their hand to a variety of tasks.
* A confident driver with their own car.
Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who will become a valued extension of our family—someone who enjoys creating a calm, happy environment for our boys while helping make day-to-day family life that little bit easier.
Hours and pay are negotiable for the right person, and we’d be happy to discuss a schedule that works for everyone.
