Hi, I’m Cara! I’m 25 years old and passionate about working with children—it truly is my happy place. I currently work in a nursery, where I have been for almost two years, caring for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years old. During this time, I have gained valuable experience supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing while creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for them to thrive.
I am now looking to gain experience in nannying and babysitting, as I would love the opportunity to provide more personalised, one-to-one care and become a trusted part of a family’s daily life. I enjoy planning engaging activities, encouraging children’s independence and creativity, and helping them grow in confidence through play and learning.
I am a caring, reliable, patient, and organised person who understands how important it is for parents to know their children are in safe and capable hands. I pride myself on building positive relationships with both children and families, and I would love the opportunity to support a family by providing a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children can feel happy, secure, and reach their full potential.
My Experience
I am currently working towards my Level 3 Childcare qualification, which I have nearly completed. I also hold a current enhanced DBS check and am fully paediatric first aid trained. In addition, I have experience supporting children with SEND, allowing me to adapt my approach to meet each child’s individual needs with patience, understanding, and care.
Alongside my nursery experience, I have also completed work experience in a primary school, which has helped me develop confidence working with children across different age groups and stages of development.
My Qualifications
I am currently working towards my Level 3 Childcare qualification, which I have nearly completed. I also hold a current enhanced DBS check and am fully paediatric first aid trained. I also have a health and social care GCSE grade C.
My Availability
All day & evening on Thursdays and weekends
My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
Babysitting rates £14-16 per hour
Part time nannying £15-17 per hour
