Warning Never turned up to booked session

We Confirmed the booking for childminding yesterday and time and date and pickup location was all agreed we. With the childminder.

The childminder sent a message today at 1pm to ask if still on which I only saw around 3pm due to being away from internet connection at work.

So the childminder decided not to attend even though everything was confirmed yesterday price and times all agreed

This is very unprofessional and has cost me to loose money due to her not attending

Very disappointed

This was a new family who I had never met before so once I had given her my details which she asked for I expected just a reply back to say brilliant see you tomorrow which I didn’t get I messaged on the day to check as I didn’t want to travel with the other children I was caring for in a car for 15/20 mins before making sure it was all going ahead ! in 21 years of childminding I have never let a parent down even when my father passed away so this review is unnecessary and other people viewing my profile need to see that this was a one off babysitting job from a family I didn’t know that’s why a replied was needed .
