About Me

Hi, I'm Julie. I live with my partner Matt and have 3 sons aged 24, 19 and 16. My eldest bought his own house this year and my 2 other sons live with me, my middle son works full time and my youngest is at college. All my household members hold a CRB disclosure. I have 4 budgies and no other pets and an extra large garden where exploring activities can take place! I love to go paddle boarding or running in my spare time.

I have places available for 0-5yr olds and have years of experience with the EYFS Framework.

I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I have experience in working with special educational needs and believe that each child is unique, therefore their individual needs and abilities are considered to then build on their interests and help them become the best versions of themselves.

I offer a warm, home-from-home setting where children feel secure, valued, and encouraged to explore through play and age-appropriate activities. My days include adult led activities such as baking, storytime, educational games and activities to promote practical life skills. Children also learn through free play choosing water, sand, sensory tray, small world or role play, in and outdoor play and other opportunities to develop social and emotional skills and sharing. I also support healthy eating habits and promote good manners, kindness, and confidence.

I work closely with parents to ensure open communication and consistency in each child's care and development and provide progress evidence. I will provide high-quality childcare that gives families peace of mind.

My goal is to create happy memories while supporting each child's learning, wellbeing, and development in a fun, caring, and inclusive environment.
