About Me

I am a caring, responsible and dependable babysitter with a healthcare background and experience supporting people of different ages and needs. My physiotherapy training has developed my patience, communication skills and strong awareness of safety, safeguarding and wellbeing. I am calm, organised and able to adapt activities and communication to suit each child. My Experience

I have relevant experience working with children in healthcare, care and educational settings. During my physiotherapy placements, I supported children and young people with different needs, adapting my communication to help them feel safe and comfortable. I have also completed previous care work with young children, assisting with daily routines, activities and their general wellbeing. In addition, I have three years of teaching experience, teaching English to children across a range of age groups and abilities. These experiences have strengthened my patience, time management and ability to communicate clearly. I am calm, reliable and committed to providing a safe, positive and supportive environment.

My Qualifications

I hold a First Class Honours BSc in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University and am HCPC registered with full CSP membership. My training includes Level 2 safeguarding, safeguarding adults and children, basic life support, moving and handling, infection prevention and control, and conflict resolution. I also hold an enhanced DBS check. Alongside my healthcare qualifications, I am a TEFL-certified English tutor with three years of experience teaching children and adults across different age groups and ability levels. My education also includes A levels in Mathematics, Biology and Computer Science, supported by strong GCSE results, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology and Computer Science.
