About Me

Multipurpose sports coach but also. Fitness instructor, specialist in complex needs , assessor , literacy tutor and mother of young adults, presently working in primary and secondary schools as an independent consultant coaching boxing all areas of athletics handball volleyball and badminton, love all stages of children 0-21 plus it’s for life let’s enjoy every moment.

My Experience

Over thirty years of coaching in all areas of athletics and multi sports, worked with vulnerable adults as a social support worker and personal experience have three adult sons , one with complex needs and twins now young adults available if the availability is good .

My Qualifications

Safeguarding level 1,2,3 , fitness instructor 2, coach as well as literacy tutor and basic skills worker also specialised in special educational needs and babies , autism awareness, adhd awareness, mental health and emotional wellbeing awareness, diabetes awareness child protection in sport and many other certification as my twins are now young adults, I have a degree of flexibility if I can assist feel free to have a conversation, enjoy your journey of parenting as peacefully as you can.
